The SZLH420 ring die feed pellet mill is a core pelletizing machine for medium to large feed mills and farming enterprises. It is suitable for producing poultry, livestock, and aquatic feed. Equipped with a high-strength alloy steel ring die and wear-resistant rollers, along with an efficient conditioner, it can produce high-quality feed pellets with a diameter of 2–12 mm. With a capacity of 8–10 T/H, it ensures stable operation and is ideal for large-scale continuous production.

After crushing and mixing, raw materials enter the conditioner where they are softened and sterilized by steam. The conditioned material then enters the ring die chamber, where rollers press it through the die holes to form pellets. The pellets are cut to the desired length by knives and then cooled, screened, and packed for storage or transport.
