The SZLH250 ring die feed pellet mill is a high-efficiency pelletizing machine, suitable for small and medium-sized feed mills, family farms, and individual users.Compact in structure and stable in performance, it processes raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and rice husk into 2–10mm feed pellets, suitable for poultry (chicken, duck, goose), livestock (pig, sheep), and aquatic species (fish, shrimp). With a capacity of 0.5–1 T/H, it is an ideal choice for start-up farms and small to medium-scale production.

After being conditioned with steam for heating, moistening, and sterilization, the crushed materials enter the pelletizing chamber. The ring die and rollers press the material into shape, and the cutting blades slice the pellets into the desired length before discharging through the outlet.
