The single shaft ribbon mixer is a highly efficient mixing machine widely used in feed, grain, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It adopts a single-shaft double-layer ribbon structure, enabling both radial and axial convection of materials inside the chamber, ensuring fast and uniform mixing. It is suitable for powder-to-powder, powder-to-granule, and small liquid addition processes. The single shaft ribbon mixer operates with one main shaft driving the double-layer ribbons. The inner ribbons push materials from the center to the sides, while the outer ribbons push materials from the sides to the center, creating a convection circulation inside the chamber, achieving thorough mixing within a short time.
