The feed pellet crusher is an essential machine in the pelleting section of feed mills. It is designed to crush large pellets into medium or small sizes to meet the feeding requirements of poultry, livestock, and aquatic animals at different growth stages. Featuring a roller-type crushing design, it ensures uniform particle size distribution, low fines content, and improved feed palatability and digestibility. It is especially suitable for producing feed for chicks, piglets, and aquatic animals.

The material enters the crushing chamber, where it is squeezed and sheared by two counter-rotating rollers, resulting in pellet size reduction. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to control the final particle size. Qualified crushed pellets pass through the screening device into the next process, while oversized pellets are recirculated for further crushing, ensuring consistent quality.
