5TPH Aquatic Feed Production Line in Surabaya, Indonesia

Project Background

In February 2025, we successfully delivered an aquatic feed pellet production line in Surabaya, Indonesia. The client, an aquaculture company mainly farming tilapia and shrimp, decided to build their own feed mill to enhance feed nutrition and quality. Their requirements included the ability to produce both floating and sinking feeds, with consistent pellet uniformity and stability.

Configuration

We provided a fully automated 5TPH aquatic feed production line, including:

Grinder (fine grinding for uniform feed particles)

High-efficiency twin-shaft mixer (ensures even distribution of trace elements)

Ring die pellet mill (high output, suitable pellet density)

Dryer (continuous drying, reduces moisture content and extends shelf life)

Coating system (applies fish oil and vitamins to enhance palatability and nutrition)

Counterflow cooler (rapid cooling, maintains pellet shape stability)

Screener (removes fines and unqualified pellets)

Automatic packing scale (accurate bagging for storage and sales)

Intelligent control system (automated operation for easier management and monitoring)
