2TPH Cattle Feed Pellet Production Line in Lagos, Nigeria

Project Background

In June 2025, we successfully delivered a cattle feed production line in Lagos, Nigeria. The client planned to expand their cattle farming business and required a feed production line that could meet both on-farm consumption and market sales. The requirements included high stability, low energy consumption, easy operation.

Configuration

We designed and delivered a fully automated 2TPH cattle feed production line, including:

Grinder (raw material size reduction)

Twin-shaft paddle mixer (for uniform mixing of nutrients)

Ring die pellet mill (stable output, high pellet density)

Counterflow cooler (uniform cooling, improved pellet hardness)

Vibrating screener (removes fines and unqualified pellets)

Automatic packing scale (precise and efficient bagging)

Intelligent control system (automated operation for easier management and monitoring)

Customer Benefits

After commissioning in July 2025, the production line achieved stable operation with 2 tons of high-quality cattle feed per hour. It met the ranch’s feed demand while allowing surplus production to be sold in the local market, boosting the client’s revenue by around 30%. The client was especially satisfied with the automation and intelligent monitoring, which significantly reduced labor costs and management workload.
