Compact & Efficient: 1TPH Feed Pellet Line for Poultry Farm in Vietnam

Project Background

In February，2024, we successfully delivered a feed pellet production line in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a small poultry farm. The client aimed to reduce feed purchasing costs and ensure stable feed quality by building their own feed production line. Their requirements were moderate capacity, easy operation, low energy consumption, and compatibility with the local 220V/380V power supply.

Configuration

We provided a fully automated 1TPH feed pellet production line, including:

Grinder (for crushing corn, soybean meal, etc.)

Single-shaft mixer (ensures uniform nutrition)

Ring die pellet mill (stable forming, high-quality pellets)

Counterflow cooler (reduces temperature, improves hardness)

Automatic packing scale (precise bagging for sales and storage)

The line is equipped with an intelligent control system for easy operation and daily maintenance.

Customer Benefits

Since its commissioning in February 2024, the production line has been producing 1 ton of high-quality poultry feed per hour, fully meeting the farm’s self-consumption needs and reducing feed purchasing costs by more than 20%. The client reported that the system was easy to operate, stable in production, and significantly improved their farming efficiency.
